New Photoshop Actions

I am a frequent blog reader of The Pioneer Woman mainly for her photography although she is talented in all areas of "stay at home mom" jobs. I was exploring her website when i came across her newly revised "actions". What really caught my attention was that they were FREE! This is unheard of...FREE ACTIONS! (click on free actions to get them for yourself) Most actions are usually $50 and up. What is more amazing is that they are really GOOD...very practical and fun to play around with. She also explains how to use them ...very user friendly. So I decided to take a recent photo I took of Morgan, and play around with it. Here are a few varieties of the photo!

Rachel: Head Shots

Over the weekend, I had the privilege of taking photos of a beautiful young woman who is an aspiring model. Rachel is such a natural in front of the camera and easy to work with. Her features are impeccable, with big brown eyes and lips that any girl would want! I want to wish Rachel, best of luck on her journey and thank you for such a great experience.

Chris Marshall

My big brother head lined at Mississippi Studios! It was a great night seeing my brother accomplish the next step toward his musical goal. I am so proud of you Chris! You are such a talented and gifted performer but more importantly a wonderful brother. Love you Christopher...you are one of my hero's!

The life of a 15 month old

My baby girl has been up to new and exciting things. She has learned to walk (although she still crawls a bit)and she has learned to climb! So much fun! She is becoming more aware of things that she is able to do or wants to do :) I have caught a few of these times on camera and I wanted to share them with you all!

Have you ever wondered what the inside of your dryer looks like? well Morgan tell you! I was doing laundry the other day. I took out the clothes from the dryer and took them to my bedroom. When I came back, low and behold, Morgan climbed into the dryer and having the time of her little life. She is the cutest :)

*******************************************************************************

Last sunday afternoon, Morgan was playing and I was on my computer probably facebooking :) All of the sudden I heard a huge bang come from the kitchen and then a giggle. Morgan had figured out that mommy's shoes can go some what on her feet as well. I love watching her figure things out. For the next hour and a half, she went up and down the hall, pushing her stroller with my shoes on.

Morgan worked up an appetite from all of her fun, so she enjoyed a yummy rice cake and some water (she will only drink water from a straw...go figure)
